We started as a specialty coffee roastery with one goal: to roast and deliver the finest Northeast Indian coffee beans to people across India.
Today we select, roast, and package every single batch ourselves because true quality demands control at every step. The result? Coffee that feels honest, fresh, and entirely our own.
The Spark
A deep love for specialty coffee and a gap in Northeast India's coffee scene sparked the idea for 11A Roastery.

We invested in premium roasting equipment and spent months perfecting our roast profiles to bring out the best of every bean.

Today we roast and ship specialty coffee directly to homes across India — building a community of coffee enthusiasts one bag at a time.
